Lyn's attempt at expressing and de-stigmatizing just one of the many ways humans have taken to managing the psychic, emotional, and sometimes physical pain we experience in the age of widespread social media self-marketing, medicalization, over-consumption, and very real do-or-die climate change.

On a personal level, this act was also a mode of catharsis after losing a close friend to opiate overdose.  Lyn has been truly overwhelmed by the response of so many others who have lost friends and loved ones to addiction.
